Equilibrium Women’s Wellness Retreat

Terms & Conditions

1. ORGANIZERS

The Equilibrium Women’s Wellness Retreat (“Retreat”) is organised by Nourishi Consulting GmbH and Lesley Calvo (“Retreat Organisers”). The Retreat will take place from the 12th -16th of June 2023, in Bled, Slovenia.

2. INCLUSIONS

PRIOR TO THE RETREAT

  • Group Yoga For Mental Wellness Session with Irena Nowak (2 weeks prior to retreat start date)

DURING THE RETREAT

  • 4 nights in double-room luxury accommodation with single use

  • Full board (gourmet whole foods menu breakfast, lunch and dinner).

  • Whole Foods Menu Designed by Nourishi Consulting

  • Entrance to Ziva Spa at the Rikli Balance Hotel

  • Water, coffee, tea during the workshops and breakfast

  • 3 Nutrition Workshops with Klara Debeljak

  • 3 Master the Mindset Workshops with Lesley Calvo

  • Evening meditations with Lesley Calvo

  • 4 x 45min Tai Chi/Qigong classes with Spela Kolenc

  • Mandala Drawing Workshop with Vita Trefalt

  • Transport to the Pokljuka Plateau (the visit is weather dependant)

  • Transport to the Vintgar Gorge (the visit is weather dependant)

3. EXCLUSIONS

  • Transportation to and from the Retreat (However, if you arrive to / depart Ljubljana Airport at the same time as some of the other participants we are happy to organise your transport from the airport to Bled and back free of charge).

  • Any personal health, liability, travel or other insurance

  • Alcoholic or any beverages not already included in the Retreat package

  • Spa treatments

4. PAYMENT PLANS

All payment plans are to be fully paid 60 days prior to retreat start date (by April 12, 2023).

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

All Retreat payments are non-refundable but may be fully transferred to a new retreat participant.

In case of a cancellation by the participant, no refund will be given.

In case of event cancellation by the organisers of the Retreat, full refund will be given.

6. HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES

We have opted for double-room accommodation with single use to maintain privacy of each Retreat participant.

Masks and social distancing will be adhered to according to the cantonal and hotel requirements. Each participant takes responsibility for their own wellbeing and safety precautions at their own discretion.

As a participant you also confirm that to the best of your knowledge you have no Covid-19 symptoms and have not been in contact with anyone else who does, and that you do not pose a health risk to yourself or any other person who may be present at the Retreat.

7. AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge that your participation in the Retreat and in all associated activities arranged by the Retreat Organisers is voluntary, and you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, conditions, injuries, losses or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur or aggravate as a result of participating in the Retreat or associated activities.

As such, you expressly release and discharge the Retreat Organisers from any and all liability, claims and causes in action, which are in any way connected to your participation in the Retreat, or associated activities.

8. PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE

The Retreat Organisers may document the Retreat and associated activities with photos and videos.

You hereby grant and convey unto the Retreat Organisers all right, title and interest in any and all photographic images, video or audio recordings made by the Retreat Organisers during the Retreat or associated activities, including but not limited to royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived. You also authorise the Retreat Organisers to use such images, words, and likenesses for marketing, on websites, in brochures or other writings and any for any other legitimate purpose.

If for any reason you do not wish to be included in the photographs or videos that will be taken during the Retreat or associated activities, please inform the Retreat Organisers via email (www.getintouch@nourishiconsulting.com and lesley@lesleycalvo.com) at least three weeks before the start of the Retreat.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in all respects by the law of Switzerland and the competent court in Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with the creation, validity, effect, interpretation or performance of, or the legal relationships established by, this Agreement or the Retreat.
