We got so locked in what we “should” be doing.

Our mind takes us into the future and into the past all the time.

Its job is to keep our attention away from the present moment.

As within the present moment it looses its power to hold you. To keep you scrolling through the endless possible future possibilities, and the endless past ones.

Because right here in the present moment you are ok.

Even if there is a crisis happening, you are still ok, as you then go into action mode. You go into a different realm of problem solving.

The here and now has many gifts. Particulary if you are experiencing anxiety.

Most anxiety comes from worrying about what may happen, or what has happened.

Though when we bring ourselves into THIS moment, and we do so with compassion and love for ourselves, the things that were making you anxious can drop away.

When we bring ourselves back into our body, instead of in the mind, we can start to self regulate.

The easiest doorway to the present moment is through our breath. We cannot breath tomorrow, or yesterday.

The breath is always NOW.

Your senses are always NOW. Your touch, taste, smell is now. Use your senses and your breath to bring you into this moment.

As all around us there is an immense beauty. An immense power that we are part off.

In nature, in that vibration that we have in our body that is life.

So, just start to shift your focus.

Then you can help with starting to change your narrative. From the scary “what if..” to something that helps you feel neutral, or hopeful.

This is a great tip for also actually getting what you want in your life… more success, happiness, peace, fulfilment.

Because when you focus on what you have around you that is beautiful, and when you allow yourself to be apart of the brilliance of the present moment, things can start to change.

By allowing yourself to come into your body, and by giving yourself permission to change the narrative you are telling yourself, you can begin to take the power back.

To become the one in control of your thoughts and feelings, rather than them being in control of you.

This process takes time, so be patient with yourself, every time you bring yourself into the present with awareness, every time you breath deeper, every time you change a thought is a win.

These micro changes can have a massive impact.

Cheering you on all the way my friend.
